1. Passport
A valid original passport or a clear copy must be provided. The passport must have been issued within the last 10 years, remain valid for at least six months beyond the intended date of departure, and be free from handwritten modifications or alterations.
2. Photograph
Photograph A recent, passport-sized photograph (as per the destination country’s specifications) must be submitted. The photo should not be older than six months.
3. Visa Application Form
Applicants must fill out and submit a complete visa application form. It is crucial to provide accurate and complete information to avoid rejection.
4. Cover Letter
A personalized cover letter addressed to the Visa Officer is required. It should include the applicant’s name, passport number, designation, travel purpose, and clearly state the visa category in the subject line.
5. Invitation Letter (if applicable)
If invited by a host, a formal invitation letter must be submitted. This should come from the inviting person or organization in the destination country.
6. Forwarding Letter / NOC / LOI
A No Objection Certificate (NOC), Letter of Introduction (LOI), or Forwarding Letter from the employer or relevant Bangladeshi authority on official letterhead, including the applicant’s details and travel purpose.
7. Office ID Card
A copy of the applicant’s office ID card issued by the employer is required.
8. Trade License Copy
Self-employed applicants or business owners must submit a copy of their valid trade license issued by the Bangladesh Board of Revenue.
9. Personal Bank Statement
A bank statement for the last six months is required, with official seals and signatures to verify authenticity.
10. Personal TIN Certificate
A valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate is required.
11. Personal ITR (Last 3 Years)
Applicants must submit copies of their Income Tax Returns for the past three years, obtained from the Bangladesh National Board of Revenue.
12. Company Bank Statement (if applicable)
If the company is sponsoring the trip, a bank statement for the past six months must be provided.
13. Company ITR (if applicable)
A copy of the sponsoring company’s ITR for the last six months must be submitted.
14. Travel Health Insurance
Proof of valid travel health insurance covering the entire duration and territory of travel must be submitted. Both original and photocopy are required.
15. Airline Ticket Booking
Proof of round-trip flight booking from Bangladesh, aligned with the intended travel period.
16. Hotel Booking
A confirmed hotel or accommodation reservation corresponding to the travel itinerary is required.
